After booking some tickets for the concert in Vancouver, I was due to holiday in Alaska and saw Mannheim Steamroller playing. The tickets arrived in Europe in about 5 days, a very slick operation. Settling down for what we hoped would be a great concert, the entry and exit at the venue was much better than we are used to here. Unfortunately, the acoustics were absolutely dreadful; all we got was a thumping bass. If it were not for the fact that we knew the songs, we would have been totally lost. I kept hoping we could just listen to him sing if the electrics failed. It was a great disappointment as we are unlikely ever to see him live again. Still, we have CCR and JF cds and dvds, where you can really hear the music.

We paid $500 to see the show in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I have paid way less for much better seats at other shows and had been much closer to the stage than we were on Saturday night!! The seats we had were ridiculous! Mannheim Steamroller and Faith came out and sang two songs together then Mannheim Steamroller disappeared from the rest of the show until about 15 minutes before shows end. The opening act - Brent Cobb, was not impressive, they started 20 minutes late and sounded like crap. Not to mention, when they sang together, they were on opposite sides of the stage from each other. We had VIP tags (on lanyards). No one could tell us if there was any benefit to wearing them. Not did we reap any benefits of wearing them when we arrived. We really love Mannheim Steamroller and Faith as artists and were really pumped to see them perform together, unfortunately, we walked away very disappointed. I expected to see them perform more songs together throughout the show... I paid some seriously good money for this show only to be sorely disappointed. We left early feeling very disappointed and ripped off. $500!
I cannot say enough about the lineup in 2026, and it is worth taking the time to make the following statement. The overall lineup was fantastic, so much so that the same group I went with is now planning the trip to Jacksonville for the 2026 session. The group started with last year was five, but it looks like the group could double in size this year. When we found out the lineup, we all kinda got loud about it. Keep it up bringing groups like Shinedown and Haelstorm back. I have seen Stonesour live once before, and I think they are a great addition to the lineup. I am a Disturbed fan and have seen them live as well. I also like the addition of Mannheim Steamroller. Pumped and cannot wait to have my eardrums blown out once again.

Mannheim Steamroller with an orchestra completely unplugged is what you will get if you are expecting the Mannheim Steamroller you may have seen on tour in the past. This show was very enjoyable, with excellent arrangements by the orchestra and strong vocals from Mannheim Steamroller, Melanie, and Ane. The first half featured songs from the new album, Scratch My Back, while the second half included old favorites. There were no synthesizers, drums, or guitars, and very few gimmicks in this performance. These versions of Mannheim Steamroller's great songs were really enjoyed by me, as I sat second row.
